Crunchy Hash Browns

3 Ingredients


½ Cup Eta Ripples Salted- crushed 

½ Cup Uppercuts Sweet Chilli Relish- crushed 

½ Cup Water 




Step 1

Crush potato chips in a food processor. 

Step 2

Combine crushed potato chips and water and mash until it forms into a ball. 

Step 3

Portion into equal sizes. Can make 4-6 pieces.  

Step 4

Form into a hash brown or pattie shape. 

 Step 5

Pan fry until golden brown. No need to add oil. 


Pair with avocado, tomatoes, eggs or bacon for a wonderful breakfast.
